GUIDED HEALING
emphasizing the experience of the pose rather than the shape, connecting to the language of the body
Messages of the body is an integrated practice learning to be a space holder, for yourself, connecting deeper to the body with body-centred therapeutic self-practice.
Through the lens of Psychosomatics, Meridian Theory and the modality of Yin Yoga we cultivate a deep listening to our body’s innate wisdom. Cultivating the state of embodied presence, slowing down with longer held poses we create space for listening; space for noticing; the space of being intentional and allowing the essence of our aliveness to be known.
The core of our life force, the Qi, Prana, Chu'lel, Ka, Ki - our vital essence is the root of our wisdom, compassion, and how we show up in our bodies and our lives. Embodied practice to gently guide your nervous system out of survival modes, move stuck energy and building spaciousness in the body to move through life's challenges with internal harmony.
