We bend and twist and shape ourselves to fit with the standards of others, allowing external ideals to guide our choices. When we keep looking out side ourselves for the answers, our inner voice becomes quieter and quieter, fading into the distance, landing in the realm of the forgotten.
Cultivate deep listening to the voice within.
The inner journey is the path to remembering and forgetting, and remembering all over again. For our healing journey is not a straight line and as we live, experience and grow the realization that incremental changes lead us along the journey that resembles a spiral.
Each moment we dive into our healing, we build a magnetic resonance with each conscious breath as we become more aligned and matched with how we envision our future.
By learning to feel..learning to listen - the wounds that we hold begin to lessen their charge and over time, being compassionately held through the process
